That meant I could create my own shapes and transparent areas that would knock out to reveal the photos taken underneath. Previously, I could upload my own custom designed template art and it would be placed over the photos. It looks like it has recently been redesigned and although the interface is a lot cleaner and simpler, some of my favorite features have been removed. Loved the previous version but not happy about the updatesįirst of all, I’ve been using this app since 2016 and have had no complaints until now.

I especially liked the option to customize how you want each photo strip to look, this made for lots of printer friendly photos to take home that I was able to email to all the guests who attended my party. I purchased this app to see if maybe I could find something customizable for my son since it’s his 1st birthday, to create wonderful DIY photo booth print designs that matched with my sons birthday party theme, and I wanted to recreate the same feel and design that I had created with Facebook for our event.
